When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, business name, email address, project details and any links or brief you choose to share. Please only share information you have permission to provide.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to assess your project, prepare a quote, respond to you and manage the work if you engage the studio. The site uses Cloudflare to host the site, store inquiries and help prevent spam. Cloudflare may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser data for security.

Access and retention

Studio personnel with a business need can access inquiries. We keep website inquiries in our active inquiry database for 12 months from receipt, then remove them during daily cleanup. Deleted records may remain in recovery backups for up to 30 additional days. If your inquiry becomes a project, we may keep separate project records as needed to manage the work or meet legal obligations.
